Kirsty joined Q in September 2019 as an Office Administrator, bringing with her valuable experience from roles in childcare management and mental rehabilitation customer services. Her background has helped shape her strong people skills and client-focused approach.
In her role at Q, Kirsty liaises daily with lenders and solicitors, providing clients with regular updates and support from the initial point of contact through to completion. She plays a key role in ensuring cases progress smoothly and that clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Kirsty’s main strength lies in exceptional customer service, and she is dedicated to delivering a positive, reassuring experience for every client she works with.
