Looking for a career change, Tim spent 2025 training and successfully passed the exams to obtain his CEMAP qualification.
This qualification enabled Tim to take on a role as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor, which he began at Q Financial Services at the start of 2026.
In my role, Tim guides clients through the home-buying process by sourcing mortgages tailored to their needs and recommending insurance policies that protect their financial futures. Tim hasn’t looked back since making the move into the financial services industry.
