Ben is one of the Directors at Q Financial Services and is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s Mortgage and Protection Team. His role focuses on supporting advisers to deliver a consistently high standard of service, ensuring clients receive clear, reliable advice on mortgages and insurance protection.
Ben has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, alongside more than 15 years of business management experience. This blend of expertise enables him to contribute to both the strategic direction of the business and the day-to-day development of the advisory team, supporting growth while maintaining strong client outcomes.
He joined Q Financial Services in 2018 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser and has since helped hundreds of client’s secure suitable mortgage solutions.
Ben holds the CII Level 3 Certificate in Mortgage Advice and the LIBF Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Financial Advice, reflecting his commitment to high professional standards and continued development within the industry.
